Why am I not receiving a password reset email?
Please check you’re trying to log in and reset your password from the correct ReceptionHQ website. This is the New Zealand website. If you’re a ReceptionHQ US customer or a ReceptionHQ UK customer, you’ll need to log in via the .com or .co.uk website respectively.

If you are a ReceptionHQ NZ customer, your password reset email will likely have gone to the same email address where invoices are sent to. However, if you need further assistance please contact support@receptionhq.co.nz.
